Technical Access		 Access to the Graphite Database is initiated by an official request made by the Member State to the Director General of the IAEA, subject to the database Working Arrangements which can be obtained from the IAEA.

Members and Associate Members of the Graphite Database who have fulfilled all requirements specified in the IAEA database Working Arrangements shall have full access to all data in the database. Non-members of the Graphite Database may access unrestricted data. Access to restricted data by non-members shall be through the IAEA and the Database Member who supplied the data.
